E-learning website I need the following done WITHIN MY STATED BUDGET- strictly NO NEGOTIATIONS OR CHANGES to budget/brief requirements. I will only review serious offers. This project has a deadline- so immediate start is required. This is what I need for the STATED BUDGET: Website structure and design: • The structure of the website/layout must be the same as [login to view URL] • To give you a brief idea the website will have: Instructor “ADMIN” section, Student dashboard, list of Courses, quizzes at the end of the courses. • I have purchased this website template with a more dynamic and modern feel but will be exactly similar in layout and content to the above link. [login to view URL] Courses: The learning content is made up of slides with audio feature- like a tutorial. The site will be made up of chapters accessible from an index page. The chapters will be made up of slide presentations that a student can browse, study and then answer questions/quizzes at the end of tutorial. The system should also capture the student score and answers. • There are broadly four different courses with their own subchapters. • There are two ways you can approach this: - 1. There is slide-builder provided with my purchased website template - 2. Slide CMS- have pre-set template-> Same font, title and paragraph font size, entrance animation- consistency is key BUT it must be set in a way where I have ADMIN control to edit, customise and update my content or add new slide content to courses. • At the end of the course there will be interactive Quizzes- have a timer attached- look at first link. - % course completed- they can save where they left off and come back to it- look at first link (student dashboard) - Students can have a schedule planner- to plan when and what course they want to complete. ADMIN features I require • I need admin function set up to easily edit, add or update content slides to my courses without needing knowledge on coding. THIS IS ESSENTIAL- this website will be updated biannually in light of new information. Subscription & link to secure payment gateway- PayPal. 1. Access to all courses (including audio feature on slides) and education material on website – choice of 1 month or 3month subscription period. 2. Access to all courses WITHOUT audio on slides (this can be a purchasable add-on) – choice of 1 month or 3month subscription period. 3. The student must register an account on the website during their subscription process using their email address. We will send mass emails using [login to view URL] to communicate and send notifications, updates etc. 4. User must accept Terms and Condtions. Public pages Homepage, courses list of tutorials, details on course chapters, subscription prices. In other words most of the website pages are public but to start a course you must sign up to access slides. Security • The website must be fully protected and secure. • It must disable copy and paste functions and print-screening to protect our copyright. Content must not be downloadable or have the ability to share in ANY circumstance. • Multiple user login must be disabled- no more than one person per login- students may share login details – this must be prevented. Homepage – some of the things that it will include - Demo version/slides with audio to give taster of what we will provide. - Subscription prices - Meet the team/who are we etc. - Contact us Other features required • LIVE timer/calendar countdown. • Homepage must contain RSS feeds from particular website. • Have a share link to website via twitter, Facebook etc. • The students can provide feedback on a chapter and comment- which will be directed to admin to respond- not for pubic viewing initially but may be published later. • Student forum is a possible option
