Hi,
Hope all is well with you. I am interested in hiring a freelancer for a website I have recently created.
I would need a developer that will create a website that allows a platform for students and tutors to calobrate together. The platform will allow tutors to upload a profile and students to upload the tutors they are looking for so I will need a code that allows them to send a profile that I will be able to review and once accepted will be able to edit/click a button to accept which the profile will go live after 1 hour.
I will also require a portal page that allows when tutors upload there profile they would be able to upload qualifications and relevant documents. This will be sent to myself on a portal page where I can review the documents and verify that the tutor is eligible and accept.
Finally I would need a payment set up that for every hour the tutor charges an "x" i.e. 10% of that hour will go into the companies bank account. The remaining amount will go to the tutors account once the hours have been completed. This will be verified on the companies portal page which I will be able to accept once the signed document with the hours has been accepted by both parties.
I would be really intrested in whether you would be able to create this kind of website and if we could kindly discuss further in ideas and the best way in going about it.
