Build me a website

I want a website similar to www,[login to view URL] but made in a more appealing and simpler , for easier check out. The website will be designed for customers to come sell their unwanted cellphones and get instant pricing and we will provide free shipping and a shipping label they can print onsite. then they can send us the cellphones . and after inspection we will send the customer a check. I want a website that will make this system easy for me and for the customer. I want the website to have the following features: 1. FEDEX and UPS plugins that are setup so i can print each customer a shipping label that will be connected to my account so when they ship it will charge my account. 2. Make it 3 easy steps. ( 1. get quote , 2. print label, 3. get paid ) so i want them to be able to easily select the phone model which i will provide a list of models i want to purchase. and once they select the phone it will generate a price for them. i want an admin panel where i can put pricing for each individual phone and that will give the customers updated pricing when they want to sell. i also want admin panel to allow me to keep track of all orders and when the customer has been paid or not.
