Build a Website for NGO -- 2

Hi - I'm looking for someone to help a local non-profit organization build "2" websites. The current website is [login to view URL] there's also another website that the user flow links with internally [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The web design goal of [login to view URL] is to educate those about the NGO, allow them to sign up for a mail chimp integrated newsletter, donate, learn about upcoming events and eventually land on the "re-store" link above. We have designed a wordpress homepage. The theme should not be "plug-in" heavy, and must easily upgrade as the website needs updating. The design needs to be responsive as well. One site is the main habitat affiliate, and the other is the re-store (where customers can buy building supplies) - so a checkout ability needs to be integrated. Here's the homepage design.
