1. Dashboard for chairman from which he gets to know total profile and loss, status of organization. 2. Dashboard for departments heads, separated such that no one can interfere with other department. 3. Department head has access to performance of his department people he can add as well as remove or changes its users. 4. Sales guy, shop line staff can submit real time data via system/tab which is in read only mode i.e they cannot edit after submission to ensure their accountability. 5. All data will be accessible to chairman he can make as many changes as per his requirements except customer order details. 6. Dealers/Brokers also need to submit their requirement and feedback using their login details to chairman as well as respective departments. 7. Partial product details will be given on the site publicly, in order to access detail data about product visitor/site user must be login/registered or need to submit and verify his details like email id and mobile number. 8. Email and phone must be verified for all users. 9. Chairman and management has access rights to add organization users and grant them access rights. No one register themselves from front end for organization users. 10. Customers can register themselves from front end without any interference of the organization person, organization person can add customers from their profile. 11. Department heads can add their users within their dashboard, and grant them access rights. 12. Online pre-paid option will be provided along with Global currency support so that customers from different countries & regions can place their orders on the site. 13. Order Flow: i. New orders detail to be sent to marketing dept. having information like date of order, date of delivery, price, payment status etc. ii. Notification will be sent to production dept. having no of items and delivery details. iii. Notification will also be sent to delivery dept. having delivery date option so that they can catch up with production dept. with order no in case of any delay and inform management as well. iv. Each dept. has access to update order status at their end then status and notification will be send to other dept. based on the workflow of organization.
