Build a website/real estate portal

Check [login to view URL]! This website (real estate portal) needs to be rebuild from scratch, preferably within Laravel framework. Website needs to be: Fully responsive Integrated with social media SEO optimized (We have a lot of content to be shown) Content/values will be directly taken from the SQL database on another domain. Design is 80% right and will need an additional 20% added. Same applies to extra functionality and content. This extra 20% will be discussed separately. Some additions are: Show more Featured/Latest properties on the homepage Search available at every page Search on ID etc should only be ID Zone selection should be done better and the option to select multiple areas on a map should be added. Results from search needs to have a option to assign to favourites and to send favourites to back end as notification. Possibility to send favourites to: Send to friend - Add email address, email address will be saved in back end Possibility for users to create an account (Use social media logins to create accounts) and to save the searches. Users can also upload their own real estate offers In Residential projects we need the possibility to search on area. Dynamic: When moving the map show only the residential projects visible in the map view. At individual Residential projects possibility to sort on Price - Nr rooms At individual Residential projects possibility to filter on (From - To): Type transaction (For sale/For rent) - Price - Nr rooms To add a Blog and News section, content from back office To add in search the option to search also in "Cold" offers, will be explained later Add a chatbox Add cookies policy notification Need this project done within a period of 4 weeks after agreeing the terms and expect a fixed price offer! Technical information: • The server is on Amazon EC2. • We use Laravel 5.3 framework for the development. • MySQL for the database from Amazon RDS • We also use Apache Solr for search. • Redis for cache as sessions. • Amazon S3 for storage And for frontend we use • Jquery Javascript framework. • Bootstrap 3 CSS framework • Pusher API for notifications • Mailgun for email.
