If you cant do it for the same or less amount as the budget DO NOT SEND your OFFER I need a website that with only 3 pages Must be responsive and with a CMS - home ([login to view URL] same home template see attachment santa1) - generator (similar to this [login to view URL] see attachment santa and santa2) it - shop ( [login to view URL] same template where items can be displayed and a details page for each of them, the cart is NOT linked to a payment option, once the person decides what they want it will just send an email to the administrator, there is NO online payment, see attachmente shop and shop/detail) You will have to design and develop the website.
