Create me a design print for the back of my jumper

Hi, can you please create me a print style design for the back of my jumpers in my shop which is a bar & barbers. I will attach a few images of the style I am looking for. I would like 2 characters created that look very cool and appealing to the eye, something that would make people want to wear it. One would be a barman and one would be a barber. I have attached a rough sketch of what I have imagined but you may come up with a better idea. I am imagining it as the two characters with like a squiggle background that would mean we could print this design as a sticker also, so it could be like a logo as an example. But I want it to be very cool and have a very eye catching design that would make people look and want to wear it. I want the two characters to tell the story of my shop which is a bar and barber, so the barman in the background making a cocktail and the barber at the front with scissors and a comb for example. So that this would show that the shop includes a bar and barbers all together. I don’t want it to be a solid circle background, I want it to be like a different shaped background, like a squiggle etc. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
