We print books through Amazon's Createspace but our charts and tables are not appearing properly and need to be higher resolution. Also, we need to set up color printing for various pages. We need someone familiar with Createspace printing set up to help us to enhance the quality of our charts and images and, secondarily, to set up color printing for certain pages. We are generally converting from Microsoft Office Word to PDF and need to guided on the proper procedures
