The job consists in the followings: Create a vacation rental property website with the following features: Property listing, potential clients will have the opportunity to search properties through a filter based on: location, price, accomodation type, date (from / to). Booking engine/extension provided by Guesty.com. Potential clients will be able to see if the property is available or not according to the calendar availability. Price will be displayed according to the number of nights and if they are interested in booking they will be facilitated to send a booking request. Users would need to be registered into the website in order to send a booking request. Only name, email and phone number will be collected. These registration details will be collected into mailchimp for mass mailing purposes. Each property needs to be structured with the following sections: Title Summary Rooms and guests Property overview Accomodation details Included services Guest access Interaction with guests The neighbourhood Google maps location Pictures Videos Graphic design needs to be provided by the web developer according to guidelines: Colours: white, blue, black, orange Multilanguage (all translations will be provided) The website will offer sections such as: - Offers - Beaches - Who we are - Entertainment - Tourist attractions Identifying the best domain name to register considering the following key search: luxury villas and apartments in Sardinia for rent Once the website structure is completed the developer needs to import 5 different listings into the site.
