Custom Website with CustomEdmunds API tool

Seeking a Developer with experience with cars API, especially Edmunds API (link will be included), preferred, to build a Custom Website. Below is a quick description of what we are looking for. Overview: - Develop an informational website (website is to be similar to [login to view URL] ) - Wordpress theme / open to other platforms but prefer wordpress - API Integration ( Edmunds) - Creating filters - Compare cars - Localization detector - Collect, record and safeguard customer information - Bring the visitor back to the place where they had quit - Analytical System Integration and visit tracer - Autoresponder system via email for an incentive to come back - Maximize traffic to the site (SEO, Facebook, Google Adwords, Adroll) - English Website Pages: - Home Page - How it Works Page - Explore New Cars Page - Leasing Page - Financing Page - Sell Your Car/Trade In Page - Referral Program Page - Customer Member Login Page - Lease & Finance Special Page - Build Your Vehicle and Submit Page - Informational Page - Back End Admin Portal - Credit App Page - Application built with Edmunds API: Application for custom building new cars directly on my site. I would like it to work almost exactly like [login to view URL] when you click "build and find". The one thing I would like to change is not have it say "work with dealer". *custom build new cars directly on site with all options, colors and packages *once build is done it will show the vehicle, its MSRP, its Invoice, details about the vehicle, programs and incentives offered *once build is done it will submit and send to my email. *also need an option to be able to pick the representative they are working with and it will get emailed to them as well as the admin or office manager. *would like a backend built that will allow me to add or delete sales reps names *if possible I would like to build a secondary back end platform that would interact with this application - once vehicle is built and submitted it will compare the build against the dealerships inventory and send back which dealerships have an exact match or close match.
