UI design and development!

A complete redesign of user interface of an information panel made by using a wordpress single page is required. The contents are shown in the attached screen shot which must be displayed in new design with following requirements (Please note that color scheme, location of contents and any other design guidline in the attached screen shot is for informative purpose only, new work must think of them with respect to new design), 1. Message Panel: It contains a text string of length maximum 255 characters in English. THe text may be right to left direction as well like Arabic. 2. Data & Time: This panel contains time, day and date information. Only time is mandatory. The whole clock can be redesigned and be placed at more appropriate location. 3. Info box name: Info box first item is name which is short title of info box. This can be max 20 characters but will mostly be in Arabic. Info box name can be image as well but it is not mandatory requirement. 4. Info box time: Each info box has time. 5. Info box message: Info box contains a small message text. This message text is not shown in the attached screenshot. This message is text string of 20 to 40 characters and can appear anywhere in the info box according to design. 6. Please note Info box is single item and all its constituent appear as one info box. There can be between 6 to 10 info boxes on the screen which must be organized accordingly. 7. Info boxes show the information for which screen has been created which will be displayed in a wall of a hall. Information is expected to be visible normally from 5 to 7 meters and therefore size of text and width cannot be small. The contrast of colors is very important to keep the visibility and legibility of the screen. 8. Background: Whole design is dependent on the background therefore the selection of color scheme and picture will determine the success of design. The background image and color scheme must be modifable in a way that mutlple schemes can be achieved. 9. Design must be responsive. 10. All the graphic in source format should be provided with the project. If you are bidding then please show your portfolio if you have done any similar work before. It may not be paid work but just showing contents that you have created yourself.
