Design a one page parallax website

Hi everyone, I will code myself a website to present it for a job opportunity. So I need a designer to design it before i can code it. So I was asked to answer 4 different questions and i want to propose an original way to answer them. My idea is to create a one page website, telling the story of a part of my past successes, the work I accomplish today in my job and my future aspirations and goals. The website will be coded using the parallax method. So the user scroll down and go through all the steps to reach the end. The website will be composed liked this: 5 parts and 6 images/experiences spread into them that will bump up at each "journey stop" the parts: 1) Header 2) My succes -> 3 images 3) My internship -> 1 image 4) My inspirations -> 1 image 5) My future -> 1 image ->>> Note that for each part, a background will have to be designed. The most challenging is to desing the images and backgrounds in the same FLAT MODERN style, so that the entire website looks harmonious. So I need a designer that can desing in PSD all the story in a "FLAT MODERN" style relatively quickly. I made pretty clear mockups with my concept and how the story should work. Now I need someone that has a good taste with design and graphics. All the informations and some examples are attached. Feel free to ask if sth isn't clear. I'am excited to see your offers. Thanks!
