Design a Web app for my company

the app is as follows : For user : the main screen is split in 2 in the left he have a menu with several pages and in right is the screen the menu for the user : 1."Date Lunare" generating a page where he can see all the month of the year but he has access to them just after the end of the month ( example 1.01.2017 he can see the buttons but if he press them nothing happen, when is 31.01.2017 he can press January here is a table as in the [login to view URL] i will attach everywhere is 0 he can edit the data then save the data when he press save data (on click alert : text ) the process is repeating every month and every year 2."Estimari" is a page where you have a dropdown or buttons with the name of the year 2015-2016-2017 etc. if you choose a year / press a button is generating a table first line of the table all month names and first colom all the material ( i will attach [login to view URL]) here the user can edit this table just once at [login to view URL] or when he is first time logged in in platform he can save ( onclick alert : text ) but he can also export this table in csv, excel or pdf . 3. Account setting: like email phone number contact person firm 4. Istoric proforme : he can select year/month and see a list of documents 5. Istoric Facturi :he can select year/month and see a list of documents 6. " contracte" : here he have a list of document's 7."Anexe" : here he have a list of document's 8."Rapoarte Lunare" here the user is selecting again the year and the month and after the table that he see is the same like the table he completed in that year in that mounth ( for ex : sep.2017 : 45kg -> in 2018 on month 7 he need to see what last year introduced there so he select sep. 2017 and here on "Rapoarte lunare" and he see the table from sept 2017 ) 9."Rapoarte Anuale" here he select only the year and see a sum of every table he inserted in every month in that year 10."Tarife contractuale" here he sees a table with predefined values (i will attach [login to view URL]) For Admin same template but the menu is different : 1. List all clients : he see a list off all clients and have the next possibilities : a) edit (name email phone role ) b) Create new client (cause the clients can t make account he will add them in app ) c) in the list with the user s he if he press on the name of one of them for example : drive he can see his profile with some buttons like : date lunare ( user menu item number 2 ) , istoric proforme ( a list with pdf document that he is uploading once in the admin panel and linked with that the user see in istoric proforme ; istoric facturi : here he can see a list with all the document s he uploaded in this section to this client and this document is linked in istoric facturi on user panel For more information please contact us there is an other part on admin panel
