Design - wine labels

I require 6 separate wine labels to be created.
There will however only be 2 separate designs required, as I’d like the following:
• 3 labels with the same design containing image 1
• 3 labels with a different design to the above image 2
Other points to note:
• I’ll provide copy to be added once the design is finalised, please use example copy in your designs
• Sizing: 100mm (length) x 80mm (width)
• The image should only be small and not take up the entire size of the label
• I will confirm the final format I’ll require
• Colour, layout and design open to your interpretations
