Develop my ICO Idea and let's get rich!

I have a really awesome ICO Idea that I feel would claim it's part in the Cryptocurrency World. It is a solid idea that could definitely take off in the right direction with the correct initial develop who can create a whitepaper, website, ICO Contract, and graphic design. You wouldn't do all of the work of course. I can aid in some graphic design and I would handle the social marketing aspect, including being the spokesperson and advertiser of our ICO. You would handle most technical aspects including development of the ICO and it's tasks needed to get it community ready. Upon growth of our market cap, we can discuss adding people to the team and pursuing a full development team. I am currently only looking for 1 developer to handle the jump start. We would then hire 1-2 more upon completion of the initial coin offering. At which point we would explore our investment opportunities including development of software and applications that could aid our initial development purpose. I am looking for strong mind that has knowledge in C++, C#, Python, HTML, PHP, CSS, and of course Java. You will be paid a reasonable amount initially, but I am offering a larger chunk of the ownership percentage to the developer instead of a larger beginning payment.
