Development Help Needed For Website/App Similar To Craigslist

I will need help with both backend and frontend development of this project. Seeking to create a website/app that functions similar to Upwork, but for a more niche industry. Looking for a more barebones design, something basic, more like Craig'slist to start. What we need to be developed: - Space for users to post projects they need help with, will be listed by date posted similar to Craiglist - Space to expand on the projects, and give details to job seekers, essentially a project page - The ability for job seekers to search by their area of expertise, and employers to search for what they need - Ability to create user profiles Not looking for anything really fancy at the moment, just trying to get this developed and off the ground so we can start acquiring users. We have a few mockups, and examples of what we would like to do which we can share if you're interested in the project. This will begin as a one-time project, but there is a definite possibility for an ongoing relationship.
