the waves initiative :An enablement initiative, that focus on self-study and motivate to enhance the current situation of IT industry in Iraq . If you throw a stone into the wave, a Ripple Effect will formed , our idea is close to that. So we threw our stone to form the first wave. The first wave, which was 5 people only who were the first reaction on the initiative stone, represented the possibility of Change. The effect started to spread with 40 persons on the second wave, then 130 on the third. We share knowledge, connect with each other , motivate our community and build a new culture of wavers who have advanced soft skills in addition to unique technical knowledge. We track our progress with a dynamic spreadsheet that can be updated online for us all to check. By the end of the day, our main goal is to create a pool of elite IT specialists who have the capacity to lead people and deal with the innovative technology trends every single day with excellence and professionalism .
