We are looking for a website that can compare different venues. There needs to be a search function for postcode or place (UK). This will need to generate a list of nearby venues and display the results in a table showing what each venue has to offer. There also needs to be a show on map which should be a pop out screen (does not navigate away from search page).
If the user then decides a particular venue is right for them they can click contact at the end of each comparison line. This will then ask for their name email and telephone number. The website will then send this to the venue for them to follow up on the lead.
The website would need a a welcome prompt box asking for the users email address (similar to the groupon landing page). This data will be used to capture a database of users.
From an admin point of view we need to be able to easily load venue details to be used for the search function, also an easy way to disable them if we need to remove them.
We would also need an auto mailer system (mailpoet or similar) this will be used to welcome any users that visit and also for future marketing that is suitable.
