The job:
As our new graphic designer, you will be a key player on our creative team, working to deliver valuable, strategic, and original ideas and designs for Fortune 100 companies.
What you'll do:
You will work directly with clients, creative directors, and other team members to:
Collaborate on creative projects from start to finish
Create digital and print materials, web content and collateral
Develop and produce videos and eCards, including storyboards, photography, graphics, and animation sequences
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and mediums
Contribute to RFP responses
Work on stuff we haven't thought of yet
Job Description:
Our designers carefully study each client's brand, learning all they can about the client's business culture, vision, and values, in order to translate that into compelling recognition communications. The designer should work well with a team of other designers as well as interact in meetings with the account and client teams. Strong communication skills, as well as an eye for detail, are important. It's important to see each design project not in isolation, but as part of the 'bigger picture,' as it builds a recognition campaign and strategy for clients. The designer must possess good technical skills, mature judgment, flexibility, and independence, but also follow direction from a Creative Director. As well, he or she must strive to accomplish the company's goals and maintain a 100% error-free target.
