Help me with Marketing

Helping hand with marketing and design to make our windsurfing, kayak and stand up paddle business gets a NEW LOGO and NAME. Design Price list, Flyer. Marketing campaign for this changements. We want to make a change cause the school needs to be recognized better. We offer watersport activities in a little harbour, bay of a fishermen's town in the ending of the Pyrenean and the Natural Parc of Cap de Creus. The village is called El Port de la Selva. The school is well known under the locals and is founded/started 7 years ago, my partner with his previous partner. Last year we take over the school and made a new start. The name still is Adosveles. We changed the logo but aren't really happy with the change as it is difficult to use .. We are thinking to change the name to; Port Windsurfing, Kayak & SUP. or Port Winds windsurfing, kayak & sup. (I love Port, for example on a bag or cap is for many tourists a nice remembering gadget and makes free marketing in the street). Adosveles is well known by the locals, clients now and our followers on instagram etc.. We don't really know and are scared to totaly change everything in a sudden or to change in some years. I personally think its better to change all in one time. For this we need a marketing specialist to help us make a decision. The Business: 1. We offer more then just windsurfing lessons and rentals what looks like our main business, as we also organise in high season, little trips with SUP and Kayak. We want to start to focus more out of season (sportive guests) walkers/bikers to make camps in the natural parc with SUP & Kayak and offer a whole pack, active vacation, with accommodation, rental, lessons or guided tours. 2. We have two types of clients: normal tourist, (Spanish, French, Dutch, German) and many returning children for windsurfing lessons (summer guest), family's from Barcelona who are owning a second residence in the town and come to spend all the summer in Port de la Selva. We created a new windsurfing program, as we call this Windsurfing Kids & Pro Kids as the children grow up their level from level 1 to 5 and ending up being a Pro-kid. Another new program is Water Kids. Water Kids we offer a multi-watersport week with Bodyboard, Surfing, Windsurfing and StandUpPaddle. This is good for younger children from 5-10 years old to have fun in the sea. We have to market this better, as we ended up having classes mixed and the customer doesn't see the real difference.. 3. We started last year making windsurfing clinics/camps out of Port de la selva. Leucate. This year 2017 we will make, Marocco, Gran Canaria, Leucate and Tarifa. This is for higher level windsurfers. 4. There is another Windsurfing, Kayak SUP business next to us on the beach.. its called WindDiscovery. For the normal tourist it looks like it is one school, and we are not allowed to change position. 5. We started last year with a little shop. This year the shop will be bigger and will move to the middle/centre of the town. We offer nautic service, reperation for boats, watersport etc. As it will have to look like a shop with a coffee bar and information point to sell our activities and surf related clothing, wetsuits, water shoes for kids, flip-flops, bags and gadgets. We need a help to become understandable and recognizable in all the places we are running the businesses. School local(beginning of the town), Shop(centre of the town), Beach(container with materials) and in the Sea during the lessons.
