Hire a Graphic Designer

I'm making a very low budget Pirate RPG game which requires some graphics especially when it comes to different kind of Pirate ships. If some of it already is made somewhere and has the right price, then I will still pay for the information. Otherwise, I am looking for someone whom I can turn to for new graphics and someone who will therefore make it cheap. The type of color usage and detail choice that I would like to see, I have provided in the images. But I'm open to different suggestions. Eventually things should fit together when it comes to the looks and that is the goal. High Priority: Ship smaller graphics, preferably something that is good for 8 direction animation. Ship drawings in high quality, yet something that is more cartoon-like. Average Priority: Character graphics, preferably something simple, yet in high variety. Different kind of ships for the animation part. Low Priority: Also a bunch of smaller graphics for items that may be found in the game. Character customization, especially when it comes to the looks of character's face.
