Illustrate a map

Hi there, we need a map illustrated in a fun, comic style manner. It is a map for an music event.

Attached are two examples. They don't need to be the same style but just a guideline. The pen and paper drawing is the map that needs to be created. The google maps is an aerial view of the venue.

We would like to include some small illustrations of girls dancing in bikinis. These girls could be stock girls as well, as long as they match the illustration
