Looking for a Los Angeles Printing Professional

I am starting a new company and am looking for a professional who knows the Los Angeles printing industry well. The professional will be asked to help with the following TWO functions: 1. Printing I am looking for TWO types of printing services in the Los Angeles area. I am asking the professional to recommend a handful (five or so) of companies that can deliver on the two printing services I require. Printing Service #1 for prototyping purposes: -- Easy to work with via phone and e-mail -- Ability to print 24 inches x 36 inches within 24 hours -- Prints will be relatively simple (four colors at most) -- Less than $5.00 per print Printing Service #2 for mass production purposes: -- Easy to work with via phone and e-mail -- Ability to print up to 200,000 prints within 72 hours -- Ability to print 24 inches x 36 inches -- Prints will be relatively simple (four colors at most) -- Less than $0.50 (50 cents) per print 2. Paper and Ink I am looking for help determining the type of paper and ink I should use for printing the prototypes and well as mass production prints.
