Marketing Director

I have 8 years full time experience in a very similar role, having worked as Marketing Manager for a 4-office real estate network in Australia. I was responsible for marketing strategy & execution for team of 15 agents who generally handled 150 - 200 listings and saw 15-20 sales per week. I'm extremely well versed and experienced in the required tasks and associated pace. I've also managed a Real Estate marketing support team previously. Within the real estate industry, I have direct experience in managing photography, brochure creation via Adobe Creative Suite, Email marketing (I've developed trigger based prospecting funnels for buyers/vendors and listing/newsletter based emails) Wordpress listing management, ad listing, copywriting, and management of a schedule of advertisements. I also managed our direct marketing which included a drop team of 5 contractors. I also have previous experience in developing marketing strategies for the promotion of a real estate team via EDM/Newsletter creation, profile writing and seeking PR opportunities with local press for our agents and their most exciting listings. This is a role I'd be eager to take on and can commence immediately. Since moving on from real estate, I've worked in advanced digital marketing/marketing automation at an enterprise level.
