Mobile App Game Development (3D)

I am looking for a app developer, a graphic designer, and a sound engineer for my new mobile app game, initially it will be for android only. The game will be a 'never-ending' game similar to a lot of popular games where you keep going until you lose and the difficulty gets higher the further you go. I am not willing to share more details right now before I have claimed copyright on it but if someone is interested, I will gladly go over how the game works, I have prepared many diagrams and concept images to show the game would work as well as use case diagrams. The game will also have a customization menu, where the player can choose to edit their characters, and will also have a 'leader boards' section, and a settings section aside from the actual game. I will provide more details if anyone does want to help me with this, at this time I do not have large funds to invest however I can probably pay each person a small amount worth about a week only, but if more fundings become available I would gladly invest more. Please message me with your price, I can help with the coding for repetitive parts or simple parts as I studied coding but I don't know how to do a lot of it hence why I'm here.
