I need a designer that can make a notebook layout in word format ready to print

I am creating a new notebook for my brand, I just need the intern layout that I can customize by my self. I need the project to be in word format in order to work on it (add pages, add sections, etc). The layout has to follow these guidelines: -A5 size -make sure you set up the rigth margin for a printable version -the first 20 pages will be dedicated to explaining how the planner works and goal setting (Just leave it blank I will take care of it) -2 facades dedicated to 2019 calendar, 2020 calendar. -290 pages in total -12-month​ planner -Undated, unmarked calendar (space to handwrite the date) -Monthly and weekly calendar view for each month and each week -week starts from Monday -each day has 1 page (except for Saturday​ and Sunday​​ that will share one page) -the structure of the DAILY page has to be: (Starting from the top) 1 line:​ insert date 1 line: Affirmation 3 lines: MIT LIST (to list the 3 most important task of the day) 16 lines: MY DAY PROGRAM Space for "evening section" where people can replay to 3 questions (3 lines space) At very bottom: SPACE FOR CREATIVITY (Blank space, no lines, where people can draw) It should be very easy for a designer and it won't take much time to set up the layout because I will do the major job by myself. I just need the structure to be able to work on my customized notebook.
