Need 2D Greek woman Character with 4 sprite animation

We need 2D sprites of a greek female character named Pythesia (Pythagora's wife) for our 2D game. Sprites shouldn't be animated (we will animate them ourselves), we just need static drawings of frames of 1) Idle (from the front) 2) Movement 3) Jump 4) Idle (from the back) To clarify: we want all the frames of each animation to look smooth (when they replace each other, it should look natural, as if the character is actually moving) . Each animation must consist of a minimum of 4 frames and a maximum of 6. I have attached an example of what we want (2D game character sprites). I have also attached an in-game screenshot of Pythagoras so that you will have the basic idea of the style we demand. Also, I have attached an image of a dress. We want Pythesia to be wearing the same kind of dress (not the exact same one, but the style should be a similar - white dress with a stripe only on one shoulder ) The finished file should be PSD (Editable) and character's size has to be about 100x200 px (we DON'T demand the 1x2 ratio, it can be 100x220 if necessary. This is an approximate size) Budget is limited up to 100$ Deadline due Friday.
