I'm a real estate agent. I need an infographic that describes the process I use to sell homes. I plan on printing and laminating this infographic into a 4ft wide by 2.5 ft tall printout to put down on the table with clients when I am pitching a listing. After browsing through infographics I have a pretty good idea of what I want it to look like and I could send you a drawing. I could create this easily myself on powerpoint or an online infographic platform.. but I want it to look visually appealing. Hence I'm hiring you! I will send you the infographic example I found online that I want it to be based on. One last requirement: I know what text I want on the infographic now, however it will change over time as my business is always changing. As my pitch adapts, I would like to have a file format that I can edit from my computer. If this isn't possible I understand, but it would be a huge benefit for me to be able to make minor tweaks on my own.
