Platform to create chatbots

We would like to have a platform to build a Chat robots that answer questions automatically for our customers. The platform should be smart and fast in response and easily integrated to any other platforms mobile or websites. Supporting different languages and enable full control of non answered questions to be fully answered with log records. The platform should have a templates before creating the chats such as contact, booking a trip or any other types. The system will also have a dashboard for every registered user shows the interactions with the bots. The users are given a pricing after free period of 45 days. The premium package is based on monthly or yearly via credit card or PayPal payments. The system should be not be difficult for users and without coding.
