Recipe & Directory Site

I would like to have a blog site that covers reviews of vegan wine products and vegetable-based recipes for users to enjoy. My wish list includes: - Wordpress template structure - NO proprietary formats, please - basic logo design & complimentary images - standard blog site stuff (account management, basic CRM, SEO indexing, Google analytics integration and set up, anti-spam measures, commenting for registered users, etc) - newsletter subscription (including creation of a MailChimp template that is consistent with the look and feel of the web site) - recipe index & organization, especially with respect to tracking recommended wine pairings - 4-5 permanent pages (About, Contact, Sponsor (where people can make donations or pay to have ads placed on site), News, Directory) - basic directory of vegan food products, restaurants & wine producers (and products) - integration with social media channels: when I post a blog, it goes out on the social webs - basic ad management (choice of where to put ads and ability to generate revenue, with advertisers having their own access to the site's ad results & payments) - recommendations for creating a premium version of the site ($3-$5 per month subscription that would give access to nutritional content or discount on ordering) - indirect ordering process, especially for food products (account management, product management, assignment of retail vs wholesale price) As specs get worked out, there may be more details / finessing with the site requirements.
