Redesign an existing website

We want to do a redesign of the site [login to view URL] The project will be implemented in two phases (A and B). We will assign phase A to 3 designers, and then only move to phase B with one designer, using a private/directed project. Please bid for phase A in this job, but clearly state the price in the text for phase B. Bids that do not include the price for phase B will not be considered. The criteria for selecting the designers are: - make sure that you have read the job description, namely the time constraints - present your portfolio Phase A should have the design for two specific website pages and for two screen widths both. The chosen pages are the Homepage ([login to view URL]) and "Benefits of Home Exchange" ([login to view URL]) The chosen screen widths are 300px and 1000px The deliverable of phase A can be 4 images or 4 HTML files, as you prefer. We will not request any changes to your proposals for phase A. The mandatory delivery date for phase A is August 29, 2018 at 11pm (CET). Please check Requirements and Constraints in attachment. Phase B should extend the work in phase A: - with minor design changes we may request after phase A - by making the design responsive to different screen widths with the following break points: 300px, 500px, 678px, 992px, 1200px, 1500px, 2000px, 2500px The deliverable for phase B is the files with the implementation (HTML, CSS, images, fonts, javascript). Your price should include the copyright usage rights for any image or font you choose to use. Any third party library that you might need must be previously approved by us. The use of jQuery is approved. Do not use Bootstrap or similar libraries. Existing images can be reused for the new design. The implementation time for phase B should not take more than 10 days. Shorter delivery time will be taken into account.
