Reliable Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy assistant who can work in the US Eastern Time Zone for at least 3 hours, preferably from 9-noon. I will give high preference for people who are native English speakers and preferably based out of US or Canada. I run a small but ambitious business, so my needs span the entire spectrum of assistance. In your proposal, please me your rating on the list below. Just to be clear, I am looking for an assistant who I can work with over time, so this is not one time or one project. I look for dependable and reliable person. As a growing firm, I cannot promise full time work every week, but I can promise an average of 15-20 hours per week so you can plan your budget.
