I am looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy assistant who can work in the US Eastern Time Zone for at least 3 hours, preferably from 9-noon. I will give high preference for people who are native English speakers and preferably based out of US or Canada. I run a small but ambitious business, so my needs span the entire spectrum of assistance. In your proposal, please me your rating on the list below. Use a scale of 1 to 5, where five is an expert and zero is no skill. Note: If you don't have the software and can't get it, then just use 1. Also, just to be clear, I don't assume anyone person has all the skills. I am using these skills to help me select one or two assistants. a. Microsoft Word b. Microsoft Excel c. What is your English level: writing and speaking? 5. Do you have any project management experience? 6. Do you prefer hourly or fixed-cost projects or flexible? 7. Why should I hire you? Just to be clear, I am looking for an assistant who I can work with over time, so this is not one time or one project. I look for dependable and reliable person. As a growing firm, I cannot promise full time work every week, but I can promise an average of 15-20 hours per week so you can plan your budget. It will likely grow quickly if you are proven to be valuable and trustworthy.
