Research and Create T-Shirt Designs

Hello, I’m a new seller on the Merch by Amazon platform looking for a great virtual assistant to research and create t-shirt designs for me to sell on Amazon via the Merch by Amazon program. There are 3 main components of this job: Researching niches, trademarked phrases, and top-selling t-shirt designs Designing the images for Merch by Amazon Writing sales descriptions for the t-shirt designs Research: I need the niches and phrases used in the t-shirt designs to be thoroughly researched to ensure they will sell well on Amazon, that they do not violate any trademarks, and that they comply with Amazon terms and conditions (see attached document). This is the most important part of the job as t-shirt phrases that are trademarked or designs that are in violation of Amazon’s terms cannot be used and will result in my seller account being banned. Although the end-product of this job is the t-shirt designs, the majority of time will be spent on research because this step is critical. Design: I need the designs created in a 4500x5400px png format with a transparent background because this is what is required by Amazon. These designs can be simple, text-only designs or can contain images and graphics, but they should be high quality and look good on a dark t-shirt (white or light color font, etc.). They should stand out from the top-selling designs found in the research phase (i.e., be different or better), otherwise they will not sell. You must not exactly copy any of the existing designs on Amazon because this is also a violation of their terms. Descriptions: I need descriptions written for each t-shirt design that contain keywords relevant to the niche and design and that are frequently used in similar top-selling designs on Amazon. These descriptions will be used in the product description when the t-shirt is listed for sale on Amazon, so they should be written with the potential buyer in mind and help convince them to purchase the t-shirt. The first set of tasks for this job will be watching and familiarizing yourself with a series of training videos that will describe the process to be followed in each phase of the job. Upon hire, I will give you access to these videos as well as access to an online niche and keyword research tool that I use specifically for Merch by Amazon. After that, I’m looking for 10-15 t-shirt designs to be produced each week. The job will pay $3 per hour for 6 hours of work per week (1 hour per day with 1 day off). The ideal person for this job will be someone with graphic design experience who enjoys coming up with creative ideas and making clever t-shirt designs. They must also demonstrate a strong attention to detail because this is critical in the research phase of the job. They should be well-organized and have excellent communication skills. Experience with niche research, sales, and copywriting is preferred, but not required. The most important qualities are consistency, reliability, and a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
