responsive mobile friendly HTML design

I want a website like godaddy with similar pages as below, but the business model is that of software and IT services and technology. It will be a plus if you can avoid third party css frameworks or libraries. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The stress is on a unique and beautiful design with forms like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and a few more common pages like contactus, faq, aboutus etc. You will have to pick the images, icons based on my business idea and text data, (which I'll share when I accept the order) You will have to make the top menu which pops out, and the page will have to be 100% responsive (should work on mobile device screens using media queries). You are not allowed to copy existing templates or godaddy. Please only keep godaddy as a reference. What particularly interested me is how few elements and the simplicity and natural flow of user eyes on the page. Please keep in mind to avoid javascript, as this design will be used to integrate with an angular application (you don't have to do that), but if javascript is unavoidable, you will have to make it compatible to use with angular 2+ Please send some previous works as well if you have.
