Semi-political cartoon / USA

I would like a quote for a cartoon which in total would have only the required detail for a reader to be able to understand it if he/she saw it printed on the front an 8.5" x 5.5" mailer. The intent is to drive home the idea that a centrist political view (and therefore a political candidate with a centrist view) is required. Therefore, we would like to show, in cartoon - a world with no middle latitude. An umbrella with no middle and rain falling onto the individual holding the umbrella. A road with no middle, perhaps even a road over a bridge. Enough words need to be included so that the reader knows what they are seeing And then we want to pose the question - Why would we take the middle out of our politics? It is unclear at this time whether this project includes the design of the back of a mailer and whether we would need to integrate something like a party logo or similar somewhere into the design. Having never used freelancer before, posting this project is really just testing the waters to see how this works.
