We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team & help drive forward our digital marketing work for our clients. Your role will work closely with our PPC & SEO Team Leads, the Managing Director and additional resources when needed. On a day-to-day basis expect to; - Meet with the team to discuss client requirements and work - Manage incoming design requests from clients via email & Slack on behalf of us - Design ads for Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels - Design website landing pages and work with developers to ensure accuracy - Assist us in the creation of design processes & systems to streamline support - Provide design strategy and direction for clients Requirements - 2 years or more experience in design, with a focus on B2B - A good understanding of design processes, and working with clients - Experience with designing ads for Facebook and LinkedIn, images as well as carousel, and GIFs - Experience designing websites, and improving design for conversion - Bonus experience would be with video editing or HTML5 ad creation - A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail. - Confident with client communication and meetings.
