sole trader walking and driving tours - cultural tour guide, Athens Greece

Hi, my business, Athens Secrets Private Guide, (Personalised Tour Experiences) - is all about cultural walking and driving tours I do for people in Athens and all around Greece (mainland and islands). I mostly do walking walking tours around Athens though. I desperately need a website to be able to stand out, provide information about all of my tours and invite people to view my photos in a gallery, read a blog, be able to pin stuff to their Pinterest etc, read my testimonials, and ideally be able to make bookings - or at least booking requests and pay deposits for tours all through my website. I have over 20 tours with descriptions all written out and ready to go, and I want my own photos used (including a feed from Instagram and a promotional box, email capture, chat box that pops up, and also make sure the website is responsive and is laid out well on a mobile device. I want someone ideally with real design experience and can custom design something, as I have gone through wordpress/ wix/ squarespace templates and don't like any of them for what I want.. I want my site to showcase many of my photos throughout the pages but as they are only good for web resolution, I DON'T want full-page width photos. I want smaller boxes that can adapt to the shape of each photo whether they are portrait or landscape orientated or square, and still look good where they are placed.. I also am very conscious that I need to SEO the site really really well, and I DON'T like or want long scrolling pages. I prefer separate pages tabs if possible. I also need this site to be secure as I've had trouble in the past with hackers. Also, I want to be able to put a slider as a main photo/ title thing to the website as my services can not be summed up by just one stereotypical photo. Ideally, instead of one huge photo across the page I want to be able to create a montage/ collage of several of my photos to be seen by people visiting the site, as I run historical tours, street art tours, food, tours, driving tours out to country side and island tours, take people for night tours too to see live music etc. I hope someone can help me out and for a reasonable price. I desperately need to get a website up and going as soon as possible - a beautiful, professional, creative looking website but one that doesn't look like some damn travel blogger/ backpacker site.. my clients are usually middle aged travellers and holiday makers middle to high income earning people - working/ business people, semi-retired, honeymooners etc. I have a big pdf file attached - don't be alarmed at the number of pages - it includes explanations I had sent to a previous designer who ended up not being able to do the job. It has all the tour descriptions etc too. Please also note that I want to be able to edit m text and photos and add pages etc myself to the website going forward in plain language.. I'm not a coder!
