Kind of development: New website from scratch.

Description of requirements/features: I would like to create a travel affiliate site using the G Adventures API ([login to view URL]).

The site will have 4 sections:

1) Trip search

2) Travel company reviews

3) Magazine

4) Deals

What I would need is:

1) Someone who can manage the G Travel APIs (and in the future also Rakuten Popshop ones)

2) Build a site on Wordpress Budget is around 400$.
