Static product website (prefer in Hugo)

Looking for a MVP for a ICO website (e.g. clone of [login to view URL]) in hugo I need a high level estimate Front page would have 3 columns like icodrops Active, Ended, upcoming.. No need for Whitelist or Stats page Front page would have 3 columns like ICO drops [login to view URL] Active, Ended, Upcoming have lists like icodrops Example of one category [login to view URL] I would provide logo each ico has a page like ico drops [login to view URL] No need for the other section at the bottom Each ico should have a hit counter (from 3rd party) URL must have similar to ICO drops Search with google search integrated Discus integrated at the bottom top of every page would need to have space for a banner. We could break it into 2 projects first for MVP and second for touch up. You would need to submit ongoing work to a shared github repo on a weekly basis. Needs to be responsive like icodrops (mobile friendly). No requirement for any forms ( I will do that separately). I will translate the site into other languages. It needs to be able to support that. Images should be optimized for web. Javascript needs to load async Should follow other normal google pagespeed rules Fixed estimate only. Thanks
