Hello, I am planning an event in NYC with a capacity of 600 people, I want to sell tickets for the event and i have the top DJ's in the NY area already signed to DJ the event. Plans to sell the ticket Tickets Details. March = $10 each April = $20 each May = $25 to $30 each depending on ticket availability June = $40+ I am interested in seeing if you can create a full event promotion package/ Setup a social media Marketing champagne for this event I have coming up on June 20th. This event will run for a long time so starting it off right is very important. The Event Name is - First Day of Summer ( I’ll need a logo and icon for this event type) this will be an @Afrobeatlife Event Series called Frist Day of Summer. I’ll rely on your creative mind to come up with the best way to display this event name. Flyer needs 1 flyer with 10 different Variations. 5 Dj flyers with pictures the Dj’s on it 10 promoter/host flyers with pictures and name of each promoter/host Count down flyers from 10 days to day 0 of the event Video Needs 2 different variations of Video/Annimation (40sec to 1min long )promotion with spoken words, saying “ On June 20th, Ny top promoters present De Party with no name figuring Dj bla bla , Dj so so at club bla bla, playing the best Hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeat and Reggae”. Then fast un-understood words. And it ends with “get ur tickets now” The second one would name the hosts and not the DJs And also 2 different variations of the regular party video promotion with people dancing and words sliding in. I have added links to promoters on IG that I love the concept they have for promoting a party and are doing very well. I have also attached copies of the flyers I like and what I’ll like the flyer to look like.
