Tower Defense Game In Java

I should start by saying that this is my final year project/thesis to get my bachelor but I do not have the time or knowledge to finish it and I have less than 3 weeks to finish it. For my project I want to create a tower defense game in 2D using java as the programming language and eclipse Luna as the IDE (actually all I want is to be able to see the code on my computer and run the game using eclipse Luna). The game doesn't have to be something fancy but just have what people expect of a tower defense game (tower upgrades, waves, money, etc) have a menu where you can select a level (could be 5 to 7 levels), the tutorial to the rules of the games and information about the towers, an exit option for the levels and the game itself, sound effects for the towers (doesn't need to have music), simple graphics, etc. I am also supposed to write in my report about the implementation of the game(which would be hard for me to do as you can imagine), but only about the most important sections of the game and not everything. I have already done a part of the report(21 pages) which is the research part and I only need around 20 (if possible) more pages which should be about the implementation and testing of the game using the heuristics that I have chosen (I will have attached to this post what I have wrote for the project for you to see the heuristics that I have chosen and maybe adapt your writing to mine). I also should note that the report should be written in English and the code part should have good comments on it. I also said that I have around 3 weeks to finish this but it would be preferable to have it ready in maximum 2 weeks just to be on the save side.
