Who Will Build Auto Classified Website For Me?

Hello Freelancers,
I need someone to build a quality and eye catching Auto Classified website for me where people will sign up to be able to post their various Ads for New Cars, Used Cars and auto Parts. The website will be free but there will be some Premium features that users and posters will purchase for their Ads as a way to generate good income for the owner as a business venture.
This is not a Dealership website but rather a classified website where individuals car owners, companies and Dealership companies should use as an avenue to post their Ads and sell them quickly to various buyers as easy as possible.
The website will feature all car makes/brands to give users to select their choice while posting on it. The website will also feature some Auto related Categories and Subcategories too including Auto Parts as one of those to allow users to sell their new and used Auto Parts on it.
All free Ads will last for a period of 60 days except for the premium Ads that will last for a total of 90 days. Users should be able to sign up, create their accounts and profile on the website as well and even upload their pictures and company logos too. Users can only post 10 Ad pictures and be able to select main picture for their Ads. The Homepage should also feature "Homepage Gallery" Ads sliding from right to left per second. It should also feature Premium Ads, Featured Ads, New Ads and etc on the Homepage.
Other paid features includes. Bump Up, Top Ad, Highlight Ad, Bold Ad, Urgent Ad and etc. These will help the owner to generate income from the website as a business venture which is the more reason for building the website in the first place. The developer/Freelancer should also feel free to ad other forms of paid and Premium features to help me make more money from this website. The website MUST use PayPal and Stripe as a way of accepting payment from users and posters. The website MUST be ready to host unlimited number of Ads without limits and will also be able to load very fast too.
I am will to award this project to whoever will come up with a good plan and ideas as per creating something quality and unique. Please do not bother to bid if you know you are not good enough to create or build something like this as described above. I am based in Canada and as such will only be willing to pay you in Canadian Dollar only.
Note: Please do not bid for this project if you intend to give me a quote with the USD as I will not consider you for it. Do not also bid if you intend to ask me to create a Milestone or buy a theme before ever you start work on it. Be rest assured that you will definitely get paid in full before you deliver the website to me if only I'm satisfied with your work. You must also be willing to share updates constantly with me as we progress with this work. You must also be willing to accept feedback from me and make all necessary changes as per my request. Please do not bother to bid if you are not ready to comply with any of the stuff mentioned above by me.
Finally, Most importantly you must be able to build and deliver a quality and beautiful website that will be attractive and user friendly for me. I am not in a haste and would not care if it takes you more than one month to build something quality and classy for me.
