I would like to hire a CSS Designer

i need help with coding a game I wish to create a mobile app thats also a fb app thats kindof like a game in which you create a comic book like picture an avatar creator n which id draw all the body parts and clothes backgrounds and other props that can go in the picture ... i want them able to customize characterS with text bubbles , i use photoshop to draw know nothing about code i want it kind of like gaia in the sense of paying money for certain looks like 1-5$ a month .... or they can do limited content for free like hairs and clothes props anyways ive seen a fb app that had 1 million + users a month just like what i wanna create the bad part is they arent on fb anymore and you couldnt cretate more than one character the avatar had different expressions a bone tool like poser 360 degrees character turn arounds and alot of fun photo themes with text on the bottom of the pics like character name here is sick or is skiing or etc in love lol etc I wanted to make the default text customizeable and something fun like jokes or positive even things like is seeking god or knows god loves Like i want it updated every week with new things ive drawn for their comics ill share the profits with you 50/50 Im very good at photoshop i cant do more tthan 100 a month ause that all i get from my ssi i used to be homeless im in a boarding care currently XD but i really wanna make this can you do it? the codes XD heres some of my art its missing 70 pics i need to edit [login to view URL] XD Hey what do you say?! XDDDDDD dont steal my idea theres no more comic strip editors on fb so we'd have no competition more ideas: premade poses and scaled drawings (zoom size) for different scenes Ability to search scenes ability to share created pics on fb ability to invite friends and make comics with their avatar Like I llove when so and so come over XD im open to suggestion
