I am Suresh Kumar V from Bangalore, having worked with leading market research agencies in India at middle and senior management levels in the Operations side for over 30 years, and now am on my own providing services in the area of Data collection, process and validations.
In order to automise one such activity, have described it below in detail.
We would like to have an application/ programme developed that can recognise different Indian languages and convert voices on the audio which could be one of the vernacular language to English delivered on a word document.
The programme developed must have the ability, to convert all Indian languages into English text for exg: The audio file will be in Hindi/ Telugu / Tamil / Marathi / Bengali etc., that gets converted into English. Only one language will be converted at a time on one device.
The audio files are discussions recorded between 2 people only or multiple people.
The converted text must be a transcript which should fall in place as the discussion is happening. The translated text must be grammatically and right in context to the discussion. Not phonetic translation which is not considered.
