I require an app that implements a webserver as a service (such as [login to view URL]) and communicates with an accessory via USB (sample code here: [login to view URL]). The webserver can be completely stripped down as it will simply return a piece of JSON when requested, in fact it could be so dumb as to simply be a socket masquerading as a webserver that returns the minimum HTTP headers plus the JSON object. The service will: (1) listen for a request from a web client, (2) based on the request send a packet consisting of a few bytes to the accessory via the USB port, (3) receive a few bytes from the accessory, (4) put one of those bytes into the JSON and respond to the HTTP request.

I am confident in building web-service and communicating with serial port as I found many examples in the web. But I don't have Arudino board to test it. I will have to buy a one. So please consider price of hardware required if you are awarding the project to me. I know what I have to do. So don't worry about the ridiculously low price. I place bid based on the number of hours I will have to spend.
