Hi, We have recently published a website at [login to view URL] . There are 4 forms of data that we need to make sure we are receiving, and currently, the forms are not functioning. These are the forms we need to work: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like the same data to be captured and sent to an email address. If you are able to have the data go to a cloud-based excel document, or google doc. That would be preferred. For example, if someone applied through the veteran repair page the data they input should go to different rows in an excel document (different excel documents for each forum). If you can design the excel document so that all the data goes to one page (without looking cluttered) that would be preferred. Delivery in less than 24 hours.

This form is broken when i clicked without filling any field this shoes me validation error div but empty and all fields are hidden behind div and the form is also not working well because of ajax.
