redesign a website with html/ css nad javascript - 25/07/2017 15:56 EDT

Looking for someone who is comfortable with creating a website with html/ css/ and as little as possible of javascript. In this website, I have a fix navigation bar at the top of the page that has drop down menu that has another (7) drop down menu itself (3 level drop down menu), in each tab, other than the contact us and about us pages. I want to have apple, microsoft and android logos wide and clear, in the left of the navigation bar centered (width-wise) I need a fix sidebar, on the left of the page, with quick links. I need a slideshow below the navigation bar that fills the width of the page but not the length. I need a "find us" page with a map that shows the location of a specific place, and along with it, a link to a facebook and linkdin page, a phone number, a mailto: email address, and a form that asks for basic info (name, how can we help?..) black and white are preferred, no crazy colors. I need all the pages to have the logos show as in [login to view URL] instead of mobile team, and a smaller font for the tabs.
