Sketch/Avocode to HTML using Grunt and Handlebars Expert

We are redesigning our website but our developer is too busy and needs help with converting new pages.
- Design is in Sketch uploaded to Avocode
- Must be converted to responsive html/css/js using Handlebars for templating
- Mobile design is not provided but its very simple to guess how it will work based on all other pages that we have done
- Site is built using Grunt
- We expect high quality code and the developer understanding what he is doing
- Code must be committing code using Git to Github repo and all changes are auto-deployed to Netlify
- Must be able to start immediately and work at least 4 hours per day. Ideally on weekends too. We are in a hurry.
