GIF Animation Creation Please

Let me be VERY specific and say. explain here: the cartoon guy above: put a pen in his hand lie he is writing and there will be text coming up in the caption. When he stops writing he looks up and winks...then a pause and repeats. Very very simple will look like this you can just have text come up in words.. does not really need to be handwriting..you can use a clean script font also i can provide fonts only pen and wink like he is writing little movement We think he is cute accent remember you are not drawing any cartoon..is already a high res graphic
